Can Jury Trial Innovations Improve Juror Understanding of DNA Evidence
This article reports on a study of the impact of jury trial innovations on mock jurors’ understanding of contested mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) evidence. Jurors in different experimental conditions were tested both before and after deliberations to test their comprehension of the DNA evidence.
