It demonstrates the value of patient-specific approaches that employ hybrid endovascular and open surgical techniques to reconstruct blood flow in patients who are not ideal candidates for traditional revascularization. We detail a technique that combines endarterectomy, femoropopliteal bypass, angioplasty, and stenting.
