摘要

目的探讨女性精神科医师社会支持与自我效能感的关系。方法采用社会支持量表和一般自我效能感量表(GSE)对山东省4家医院进行调查。共有140名女性精神科医生参与了这项研究。结果不同年龄、不同学历的女精神科医生在客观支持、主观支持、支持利用、社会支持和自我效能问卷总分方面存在显著差异(p <0.05)。不同组间自我效能感也有显著差异(p <0.05)。主观支持、客观支持和支持利用与女性精神科医生自我效能感呈正相关。不同文化程度的女性精神科医生在客观支持、支持利用和社会支持总分方面存在显著差异(p <0.01)。结论学历和社会支持对自我效能感有影响,自我效能感与社会支持各维度显著正相关。

Relationship between social support and self-efficacy in women psychiatrists

Objective
