Preparation and measurement of LiTaO3 type II pyroelectric detectors
LiTaO3 type II pyroelectric detectors have been prepared and measured. The responsivity Rv(500 K, 10 Hz) = 110 V/W; detectivity D∗ (500 K, 10 Hz) = 6.15 × 106 cmHz/W. The mechanism of the detectors is discussed.
