摘要

提出了一种新型非对称永磁辅助同步磁阻电机(PMaSynRM)的减振降噪优化结构。新型非对称PMaSynRM具有低转矩脉动和高容错性的优点。然而,不对称结构会产生不平衡磁力(UMF),从而导致振动和噪声问题。在本研究中,对电机的振动和噪声进行了分析和优化。首先,对径向压力进行了分析,提出了一种优化结构。采用有限元法对优化前后电机的电磁性能进行了分析。其次,建立三维模型,考虑定子和有效绕组的正交异性,进行模态分析;最后对振动和噪声进行了仿真分析,并通过实验验证了分析结果的有效性。分析结果表明,优化后的电机实现了电机振动和噪声的降低。
