The drainage tube was removed on the second postoperative day, and an X-ray examination confirmed the proper positioning of the prosthesis.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusion</h3><p>In conclusion, we are the first to report the successful use of 3D image-guided robot-assisted RSA, demonstrating the feasibility of this technique. 摘要

目的本报告首次成功应用三维图像引导机器人辅助反向肩关节置换术(RSA),并验证该技术的可行性。方法总结2023年5月18日北京积水潭医院1例肱骨近端骨折患者行三维图像引导机器人辅助RSA手术的临床资料、术前准备、手术过程及术后结果。结果患者成功行三维图像引导机器人辅助RSA手术。手术持续2小时,出血量约200毫升。在手术过程中未观察到明显的不良事件。术后即刻关节活动范围如下:前屈150°,外展90°,外旋50°,内旋60°,无脱位。术后第二天拔除引流管,x线检查确认假体位置正确。总之,我们首次报道了3D图像引导机器人辅助RSA的成功应用,证明了该技术的可行性。然而,为了给外科医生提供更多的帮助,骨科机器人系统的进一步升级和增强是必要的。

Objective
