Jet lag is not a badge of honour, but a significant modern problem. Hence, it’s worth understanding the means to handle Jet lag without counting on sleeping pills. Melatonin has proven to be a better and safer treatment for Jet lag. This review is a general topic of interest and talks over the causes, and implications of Jet lag.
