摘要

提出了利用电流反馈放大器(CFA)和乘模电流传送器(MMCC)复合有源块(ABB)实现电子可调谐电感器(L)和频率相关负电阻(D)型导抗的新方案。介绍了导抗在选择性滤波器和LC型线性压控正交振荡器(LVCQO)设计中的应用。基于PSPICE仿真和硬件设计的实验结果验证了振荡频率在线性范围(fo~13.6MHz)内,相位噪声系数对振荡波响应具有满意的影响。有源构建块(ABB)节点缺陷的影响被分析为微不足道。本文的新思想是在同一拓扑结构中可实现的两类导抗函数;给出了合适的频域选择性响应和实验结果。
