引言：袖状胃切除术（SG）和胃旁路术（GBP）是治疗肥胖最常用的手术。本文的目的是比较这两种技术在减肥和改善相关合并症方面的作用。材料和方法：2011年1月至2013年12月接受GBP和SG治疗的患者的前瞻性观察性研究。分析了两种技术的体重减轻、BMI、成功率、体重恢复、对相关合并症的影响和发病率。结果：172例患者接受了手术（92例GBP和80例SG）。GBP在减肥和改善合并症方面有更好的效果。SG组有更大的体重恢复。这两种手术在胎动方面的结果相似。
