摘要

本报告是关于介入治疗膀胱直肠残余瘘在一名术后直肠残端肿瘤侵犯膀胱并接受放疗和化疗导致尿瘘，严重影响生活质量的患者中的应用。参考视冠瘘的治疗经验，患者成功采用双经皮肾造瘘联合输尿管闭塞支架，取得了良好的姑息治疗效果。关键词：膀胱瘘；膀胱直肠残余瘘；双经皮肾造瘘术；输尿管闭塞支架
