Especially, the higher the issuance ratio in accordance to the size of a bank, the better the influence on the indices. Though there are many advantages of ESOP compared to traditional bonus programs, only eight joint stock commercial banks in Vietnam have applied ESOP. Banks in particular and businesses in Vietnam in general need to prepare knowledge and resources to expand and promote the true effectiveness of ESOP. 摘要

本文研究了员工持股计划对越南股份制商业银行企业绩效的影响。通过使用Cobb—Douglas生产函数模型和回归分析模型,结合使用2015年至2019年在胡志明和河内证券交易所上市的18家银行的财务报表数据和员工持股计划(ESOP)发行报告,发现员工持股计划对银行的业绩产生了积极影响,但存在约两年的滞后。由此可见,ESOP的发行对股份制商业银行的财务比率有着积极的影响。特别是,根据银行规模确定的发行比率越高,对指数的影响就越大。尽管员工持股计划与传统的奖金计划相比有很多优点,但越南只有八家股份制商业银行应用了员工持股计划。特别是越南的银行和企业需要准备知识和资源,以扩大和促进ESOP的真正有效性。在此基础上,将提出一些建议和建议,使员工持股计划对员工、银行和股东都真正有效。
