Expander exposure was noted in 3 patients, and 3 patients suffered from infection during the expansion. 摘要

目的探讨扩张局部皮瓣在四肢瘢痕修复中的应用。方法对2000年7月至2013年3月期间30例因外伤、手术或感染导致的四肢瘢痕挛缩症患者进行分析。共有11名男性和19名女性患者，年龄从11岁到34岁不等。该过程涉及组织扩张、瘢痕切除、皮瓣转移和瘢痕处理。结果上肢瘢痕24例，下肢瘢痕6例。3名患者出现扩张器暴露，3名患者在扩张器期间感染。在6个月至1年的随访中，所有患者都对扩张局部皮瓣治疗后的皮肤质地、颜色、柔韧性等方面的结果感到满意。结论扩张局部皮瓣适用于四肢纵、斜向瘢痕的修复。关键词：Ciatrix；合同；极端主义；扩张；外科皮瓣
