摘要

目的建立确保人工配制的全营养掺合料具有良好稳定性和相容性的质量控制模型。方法建立肠外营养医嘱录入系统，规范营养用药，支持医师开具TNA处方。药剂师对TNA医嘱进行审查，以验证其稳定性和兼容性。TNA由药剂师按照“无菌配制的四个因素”的标准方式配制。质量控制的目标是通过建立初步标准来实现的。结果自2003年开始提供静脉药物掺合剂服务以来，人工配制的全营养掺合剂的质量达到了预期目标。结论药剂师在PIVAS中手工配制TNA，可保证TNA的质量。关键词：全营养外加剂；药剂师；药房静脉混合用药服务
