摘要

目的了解目前中国医药相关科技创新基地存在的问题，为进一步的政策制定和改革提供建议。方法针对各基地的负责人、主要研究者和管理人员设计问卷，收集各基地在经营管理过程中发现的问题。结果66.7%的国家级基地和43.4%的省部级基地认为基地具有科技创新能力;但组织形式有待优化，队伍有待加强，成果转化能力有待提高，设备管理有待合理化，考核有待调整，资金使用规则有待灵活变通。结论通过政府、支持单位和基地的共同努力，可以进一步优化科技创新基地的管理。关键词:科技创新;基地;管理机制;医学
