摘要

目的:通过对比2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)与细菌性肺炎的胸部CT影像特征,提高对2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)的影像学诊断。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月16日至2月18日42例COVID-19的CT资料,并与2017年11月27日至2020年2月6日36例细菌性肺炎的CT资料进行比较。新型冠状病毒肺炎组双侧肺叶受累发生率为73.8%,显著高于细菌性肺炎组(41.7%,P < 0.01);磨砂玻璃影(95.2%)、网状影(31.0%)、路面标志(26.2%)的发生率均显著高于细菌性肺炎组(77.8%、8.3%、0.0%,P < 0.05);结论:与细菌性肺炎相比,新型冠状病毒肺炎患者CT表现为毛玻璃影、网状影、铺地征较多,实变影、小叶中央结节、树芽征较少©2020,武汉大学医学杂志编辑委员会版权所有
