摘要本文以印尼大学职业教育专业321课程体系为基础，阐述了一所大学档案管理实习课程的组织过程。本课程分为150分钟的课堂学习和270分钟的实习活动，在印尼大学档案室进行。在教育实习中采用动手的方法。评估是根据能力测试(即存档文件)的结果进行的，该测试在学期的上半学期和下半学期结束时进行。大约55%的学生取得了好成绩，而39.5%的学生取得了非常好的成绩。
