The longer, more relational intervention, the Lives Well Lived program, matched students and older adults exemplifying “successful aging” in a mutual interviewing, life review project utilizing documentary film, photography, and memoir creation. The comparison intervention also exposed students to older adults exemplifying successful aging, but in a shorter, less relational way. 摘要:本研究 比较了老龄化心理学本科班级两代服务学习项目。时间更长、关系更密切的干预项目“活得好”(Lives Well Lived)让学生和老年人通过相互访谈、生活回顾项目(利用纪录片、摄影和回忆录创作),成为“成功变老”的典范。对比干预也让学生接触到成功变老的老年人,但时间较短,关系较少。干预后的主题分析显示,参加“活得好”项目的学生与老年人的关系更密切,对自己的衰老过程更积极,更愿意参与未来的代际关系。
