The purpose of this study is to investigate the entrepreneurship skills of urban youth and then develop a model for youth entrepreneurship skills of the community- based leadership training for the urban youth in China. In this study, two methods have been applied:  students’ questionnaire survey and the Fuzzy Delphi Method by experts. This study involved 526 students aged 14 to 18 years old in four secondary schools and high schools in Baoding city, Shijiazhuang city, Chengde city and Handan city in Hebei Province for survey. The findings from the survey show that the levels of entrepreneurship skills are still at moderate level. The Fuzzy Delphi Method was conducted to eighteen experts from the fields of education, language, Chinese Studies, accounting and business, and life sciences to get a consensus on youth entrepreneurship skills and related activities. 摘要

随着社会经济的快速发展,创业技能对青年的重要性日益凸显,以确保青年领导技能的积极发展。本研究的目的在于调查城市青年的创业技能,进而建立中国城市青年社区型领导力培训的青年创业技能模式。本研究采用了两种方法:学生问卷调查法和专家模糊德尔菲法。本研究选取河北省保定市、石家庄市、承德市、邯郸市四所初高中的526名14 ~ 18岁的学生进行调查。调查结果显示,创业技能水平仍处于中等水平。利用模糊德尔菲法对来自教育、语言、中国研究、会计与商业、生命科学等领域的18位专家进行了调查,以获得对青年创业技能和相关活动的共识。结果表明:创业技能有三类,即参观当地著名企业;成功企业家讲座活动,分享创业经验,让青年开始学习创业;以及金融知识和个人理财的活动。
