Based on flipped voltage follower technique, the proposed OTA showed a high DC gain of 41.33 dB with a unity gain frequency at 14 MHz, a wide dynamic range, a total harmonic distortion of −42.61 dB at 100 kHz and occupies only 28.64 x 20.61 µm2 chip area. Thereafter, a new single-input-multi-output (SIMO) transadmittance mode filter possessed by three multi-output OTAs and two capacitors is realised. The proposed filter can be achieved by all the standard filter functions without changing the circuit topology. 摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的高性能AB类运算跨导放大电路。基于翻转电压跟随器技术,该OTA具有41.33 dB的高直流增益,单位增益频率为14 MHz,动态范围宽,100 kHz时总谐波失真为−42.61 dB,芯片面积仅为28.64 x 20.61µm2。在此基础上,实现了由3个多输出ota和2个电容组成的单输入多输出(SIMO)跨导纳滤波器。所提出的滤波器可以在不改变电路拓扑的情况下实现所有标准滤波器功能。所提出的OTA和双二次滤波器的布局后仿真结果已在TS18SL 0.18µm技术的Cadence Virtuoso中实现。
