摘要

背景研究焦虑和抑郁与类风湿关节炎(RA)患者临床和社会人口学特征的相关性在埃及很少见,因此有必要开展本研究。结果采用国际疾病分类第10版症状表和疾病活动度评分28分评估的40例贺湾大学医学院风湿病门诊患者,BMI与抑郁呈正相关;焦虑随教育程度的回归;同时抑郁症在共病的存在下也会消退。结论:RA患者的BMI、合并症的存在和受教育程度与RA患者焦虑和抑郁的存在有关。
