Materials and Methods: A total of 30 extracted mandibular premolars were selected. Simulated lateral canals were made. The specimens were randomized into three experimental groups of 10 each. The specimens were cleared for visualization under a stereomicroscope at 10× magnification. The depth of penetration was assessed by a four-grade scoring system. Data were submitted to Fisher exact test at 5% significance. Results: There was statistically no significant difference among the experimental groups regarding the depth of penetration (P > .05). 背景:本研究旨在评估和比较TotalFill BC、AH Plus Jet和GuttaFlow Bioseal封闭剂对模拟侧管的渗透深度。材料与方法:选择30颗拔除的下颌前磨牙。制作模拟侧管。将样本随机分为三个实验组,每组10个。在10倍放大率的立体显微镜下对标本进行清理以进行可视化。渗透深度采用四级评分系统进行评估。数据以5%的显著性提交给Fisher精确检验。结果:实验组之间在穿透深度方面没有统计学上的显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:本文实验的所有根管封闭剂在模拟侧管中的填充能力方面都显示出相当的穿透深度。
