We also examined the role of authoritarianism and system justification in these relationships. In the study, 177 (57.3%) female and 132 (42.7%) male, a total of 309 participants were surveyed. The results showed that political trust is positively associated with the religious fundamentalism, system justification, and authoritarianism while it is negatively related to the quest religiosity.
