摘要

背景:寻常痤疮属于雄激素依赖性疾病,雄激素引起皮脂腺肥大,随后皮脂分泌增加。目的:测定正常皮肤和痤疮患者皮肤中CYP450scc 3-羟基类固醇脱氢酶的表达谱。材料与方法:采用免疫组化法检测寻常性痤疮患者和正常皮肤细胞色素P450侧链裂解和3-羟基类固醇脱氢酶的表达。结果:寻常痤疮患者表皮角质形成细胞和皮脂细胞中细胞色素P450侧链切割表达升高,成熟皮脂细胞中3-羟基类固醇脱氢酶水平升高。结论:痤疮皮肤中类固醇转化酶表达的改变可能不仅表明了外部类固醇生成器官产生的类固醇转化,而且表明了局部类固醇产量的升高。这可能是皮脂腺增生和皮肤炎症的原因。
