The research instrument is a Teacher Competency Assessment Questionnaire which is designed with an online platform. The contents of the questionnaire are prepared based on the dimensions and indicators of pedagogical competence criteria which refer to the National Assessment of Indonesian Teacher Competence. Questionnaires were given to 40 PLP mentoring teachers who were selected based on a purposive random sampling technique, based on several criteria. The research method uses quantitative and qualitative. 摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨小学教师的教学能力构成,并探讨教师在协助大学预科生实施校本MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka)活动时的教学实践指导(PLP)。本文的研究工具是基于网络平台设计的教师胜任力评估问卷。问卷的内容是根据印度尼西亚教师能力国家评估的教学能力标准的维度和指标编制的。根据几个标准,根据有目的的随机抽样技术,向40名PLP指导教师发放了调查问卷。研究方法采用定量与定性相结合的方法。研究结果显示:小学教师作为校本MBKM计划支持者的教学能力处于中等位置;
