On ∗ and Ψ operators in topological spaces with ideals

The paper concerns operators in ideal topological spaces. Some characterizations of Hayashi–Samuel spaces, $\Psi$-$C$ sets and semi-open sets of $\ast$-topology are investigated. Continuity and decomposition are also part of this paper.
