摘要

学前教育将是今后积极老龄化政策的主要支柱之一。对成人教育工作者、讲师、老年人培训师的要求越来越高。本文提出了学前教育者能力的理论起点,论述了斯洛伐克国家文件中定义的一般能力,并指出了对老年教育者的具体要求。他还谈到了关系能力和讲师的能力等方面,这是教育事件质量的重要因素。这篇文章是作者在VEGA no.1/00001/18项目中的成果,该项目名为“为衰老和老年做准备——心理干预的可能性”。
