The object of the study is the process of personal-professional formation of master's students of the faculties of humanitarian management. The positive influence of high motivation on the level of managerial competence has been proved. 摘要

本研究的目的是揭示管理能力结构组成的内容,确定在“社会文化管理”硕士课程培养过程中某些教学条件对学生管理能力形成的影响,并对这些条件进行实验验证和定量分析。本研究的对象是人文管理学院硕士生的个人专业形成过程。高激励对管理能力水平的积极影响已得到证实。研究发现,价值动机成分对培训时间的依赖性最小。本文提出了形成管理能力的有效条件,并进行了实验检验,证实了其引入实践的可能性。
