Research instruments used were the Calling and Vocation Questionnaire and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale which has been adapted into Indonesian. Through purposive sampling technique, the respondents obtained were 82 teachers with a minimum working period of one year. With the Pearson’s correlation analysis, we found that the presence of calling and search for calling was significantly correlated with work engagement. 摘要

本研究旨在了解教师的使命感和工作依恋之间的关系,采用定量方法和相关类型的研究进行。所使用的研究工具是电话和职业问卷以及已被改编成印尼语的乌得勒支工作参与量表。通过有针对性的抽样技术,调查对象为82名教师,最低工作年限为一年。通过Pearson的相关分析,我们发现打电话和搜索电话的存在与工作投入显著相关。这意味着,无论是已经察觉到召唤的教师还是仍在积极寻找召唤的教师,都有很强的工作参与度。
