The concerns for this study arose from the analysis of the debate on the recent reform of secondary education (2017) as a resumption of the political culture of the 1990s. It is based on bibliographic analysis having as sources their academic productions and the theoretical framework that connect them and support their thoughts. It uses the Gephi software as a tool for analysis.
