摘要

脂肪源间充质基质细胞(Adipose derived mesenchymal stromal cells, ADSC)是从脂肪组织中分离出来的多能干细胞，其来源丰富、取样创伤相对较小、伦理问题较少，在再生医学中具有很大的应用潜力。ADSC具有较好的免疫调节能力，可调节树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、NK细胞、NKT细胞、B淋巴细胞和T淋巴细胞的免疫功能。为了更好地了解ADSC在免疫调节中的作用，本文系统地综述了ADSC对几种具有代表性的免疫细胞的免疫调节作用。关键词:ADSC;免疫细胞;免疫调节
