摘要

卫生服务设施的发展和人们对健康的心态使人们在决定自己的卫生服务需求时更加关键。健康设施的增加使业主能够提供最好的服务,从而使他们能够竞争和发展。本研究的目的在于提高卫生服务机构的服务品质。这项研究的目的是提高保健服务的服务质量水平。IPA方法和Kano方法的集成用于确定哪些属性需要改进以满足客户满意度。结果表明:14个属性的位置保持良好,13个属性有待改进。
