摘要

本研究旨在确定表达性写作疗法在降低苏梅内普一所伊斯兰寄宿学校的家庭破裂学生的焦虑水平方面的有效性。研究方法采用真实实验前测后测对照组设计,每组5名受试者(对照组和实验组)。数据收集采用HARS(汉密尔顿焦虑评定量表)。研究结果表明,表达性写作疗法可以有效降低Annuqayah伊斯兰寄宿学校(PPA)Lubangsa Selatan Putri的家庭破裂学生的焦虑水平。
