摘要

目的探讨基于损伤控制策略的严重多发伤救治模式的优越性。方法在综合创伤急救模式下，采用重症监护室指导的损伤控制策略治疗严重多发性创伤。结果2018年12月至2018年12月份，我院共对789例严重多发性损伤患者采用损伤控制策略进行治疗。结论重症监护室指导下的创伤控制策略在治疗严重多发性创伤中具有满意的临床效果。关键词：损害控制；严重多发性创伤；应急模式；重症监护医学

Objective To study the superiority of severe multiple trauma treatment model based on damage control strategy.
