在现代社会经济条件下,为了实现战略目标,制药组织需要具有一定特征的高素质人才,需要具备有效履行其专业职责的必要潜力。缺乏有效的工具来评估和发展人员是限制财务业绩增长和制药组织效率的重要原因之一。研究的结果是在招聘人员时的评估程序,考虑到高度竞争环境的条件,有助于显著提高员工的工作效率和质量,做出决策,从而增加制药组织的人力资源价值
