Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectral measurements including NMR techniques, mass spectrometry, single crystal X-ray diffraction and, together with comparison of the literature data. According to the determination results of compound 1 and 2 on RAW 264.7 cell viability, the IC 50 values of compounds were found to be 3.2 and 383.8 μM, respectively.
