Data were gathered using a questionnaire which included demographic characteristics of teachers and students, separately. For comparing opinions of teachers and students in four general factors, mean and standard deviation were calculated. Results: There was no significant difference between the mean score of students' and teachers' viewpoints considering factors related to teachers' individual - personality characteristics and theoretical - clinical conditions of education . But a significant difference was observed between their mean score regarding factors related to practical course and educational activities . Conclusion: According to results, teacher's educational activities were considered the most effective factors.
