The problem of ensuring the growth of technological potential in the business sector of Ukraine arises due to the fact that today, in connection with the COVID19 pandemic, the problem of transitioning the economy to digital, \"proactive\" and remote mode, including optimization and standardization of provision processes public services, functions and services, as well as the introduction of new principles of their provision, focused on maximum convenience for business structures, their proactivity and multi-channel. Our previous research has shown that the technological gap between Ukraine and developed countries is widening every year, which requires the formation of an innovative model of high-tech development. This, in turn, requires stimulating the growth of technological potential in the business sector of Ukraine, as a basis for creating high-tech jobs and increasing the productivity of entrepreneurial activity.\nAim and tasks. The aim of the article is to develop a set of financial, tax and organizational-institutional measures to ensure technological capacity building in the business sector of Ukraine, which requires the following tasks: to explore current trends and identify major problems of business sector development in the context of technological capacity building. to ensure the growth of technological potential in the business sector of Ukraine.\nResearch results. A study of a number of regulations on the formation of an innovative model of high-tech development in the country, adopted by the Government recently, revealed a violation of the principle of complexity in their development. It is proved that the role of the so-called serial technological entrepreneurship will continue to grow, when a business project is considered as an object for development for further sale, ie to develop an idea, create a product, attract start-up investment, start sales, attract the next share of investment. growth of the project and in three-seven years to sell the company, and on the earned money to start the following business project. The development of this type of entrepreneurship will be facilitated by the fact that the Ukrainian venture market is increasingly integrated into the world market. But for this it is necessary to introduce new methods and tools of state regulation of such processes.\nConclusion. The article proves that despite the fact that the Government of Ukraine has recently adopted a number of regulations on the formation of an innovative model of high-tech development in the country, these regulations, despite their great need for the real economy (especially the National Economic Strategy until 2030), the same fundamental shortcoming as the previously adopted regulations, namely: the principle of complexity is violated, there are no real detailed measures, mechanisms and tools to stimulate economic development to increase its efficiency and productivity by increasing the level of manufacturability and innovation. COMPREHENSIVE PROVISION OF TECHNOLOGICAL POTENTIAL GROWTH IN THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE
