A proportionate sampling method was used to select 102 respondents whose information was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical tools. More of the respondents (55.8%) had an unfavorable perception of the effects of the new curriculum on students’ career choice. Perceptions of agricultural science teachers in rural and urban areas did not differ.
