The research is applied to a sample of academics who practice education and training in the targeted organizations with a sample strength (173) teaching surveying their opinions through a questionnaire designed to detect the dimensions of learning organizations, the Readiness Statistical Program (SPSS) was used and scientific statistical tools were used for analysis and statistical processing.
