The advantages of magnetic suspension amorphous motor were verified by analysing temperature distribution and efficiency under different conditions. The accuracy of the simulation results was verified by building an experimental platform to test the temperature of the prototype. 摘要

损耗密度大、体积小、散热困难是制约高速电机发展的重要因素。本文研究了一种新型高速磁悬浮非晶电动机,并对其损耗和温升进行了分析。通过流体分析,研究了不同工况下冷却风机对空气摩擦损失和冷却效果的影响。通过分析不同条件下的温度分布和效率,验证了磁悬浮非晶电机的优越性。通过搭建实验平台对样机温度进行测试,验证了仿真结果的准确性。结果表明,新材料、新技术的应用对提高传统电机的效率和稳定性具有重要意义。
