摘要

目的探讨行动研究法在护士质量控制圈（QCC）知识培训中的作用。方法自2018年8月至2018年10月，本研究采用方便抽样的方法，选取216名参加QCC培训的护士作为学习者。采用行动研究法对216名护士进行了三期QCC知识培训。通过理论测试对训练效果进行评价。结果护士培训三期后，理论成绩分别比培训前高出（84.64±4.91）、（90.23±4.23）和（94.28±3.11），差异有统计学意义（t=13.09、16.54、25.62；P<0.05）。关键词：护理人员；在职培训；行动研究方法；质量控制圈知识
