All the 1673 full-time undergraduate students formed the sample. A multistage sampling procedure was used for this research & a well structured questionnaire was used to elicit information from the respondents. Descriptive statistics and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient were used to analyze demographic data. Research findings showed that there was a positively significant relationship between the time spent on social media and academic performances of students.
