This information is important to know as it can inform management strategies; if there are patients whose intussusception can spontaneously reduce, this is important to identify in order to prevent those patients from receiving unnecessary invasive interventions. The objectives of this study were to identify the rate of spontaneous resolution of idiopathic ileocolic intussusception and identify features consistent among patients with spontaneous resolution.
