摘要

本研究的目的是筛选不同浓度的主细胞分裂素(BAP、激动素或玉米素)以及与生长素NAA的组合对体外培养的大白菜花药雄性发育的影响。所获得的结果被认为是制定可生产的花药培养植物体外再生方案的中间阶段。因此,为了测定植物生长调节剂配方对体外培养花药愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的影响,作者筛选了三种最常用的细胞分裂素(BAP、激动素和玉米素),它们的浓度不同,并与生长素NAA组合。研究结果表明,以BAP为主要生长调节剂的突变体的形态发生反应最好。
