The method used in this study is quantitative with descriptive analysis carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of the Library and Information Science study program at the University of Education of Indonesia (UPI) class of 2017. In order for user education to be conveyed properly, the library needs to determine what methods are used effective to distributing the user education material.
