Comparison of Physical Exercise and Psychological Intervention in the Healthcare of Menopausal Women
The physical and mental health and quality of life of women during menopause undergo significant changes, accompanied by symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and insomnia. How to solve menopausal health problems has become a major challenge. By comparing the menopausal symptoms, Greene symptoms, psychological emotions, and satisfaction of two groups of women, the impact of physical exercise combined with psychological intervention on women's menopausal health is analyzed. The research results indicate that after two intervention methods, women's depression and anxiety scores significantly decreased, but the combination of physical exercise and psychological intervention has a greater reduction. The overall satisfaction of the combined intervention group reached 94.67%, much higher than the 87% of individual interventions. The research results provide theoretical data support for the combination of physical exercise and psychological intervention to promote menopausal healthcare for women.
