This research used Completely Randomized Design in Factorial 3x 2 with the first factor was three age phase of rations administration (0-10 days old, 11-21 days old and 22-32 days old) with three replications of each age phases. The second factor was the type of cage system (closed and open house) with two cages of each  cage type.  The variable observed was the ammonia concentration from broiler’s manure. The  Data were analyzed for their variance by Analyzes of Variance (Anova). 摘要

本研究的目的是根据封闭式和开放式笼舍日粮管理的年龄阶段,评估肉鸡粪便产氨的效力。本研究采用因子3x2的完全随机设计,第一个因子是三个年龄阶段的日粮给药(0-10天、11-21天和22-32天),每个年龄阶段重复三次。第二个因素是笼子系统的类型(封闭式和开放式),每种笼子类型有两个笼子。观察到的变量是肉鸡粪便中的氨浓度。通过方差分析(Anova)对数据进行方差分析。详细测试采用邓肯多程测试。研究结果表明,日粮施用的年龄阶段增加了粪肥氨浓度(P<0.05),年龄越大,氨浓度越高。笼式系统对氨氮浓度有显著影响。密闭系统产生的氨浓度高于开放式笼。该技术在密闭系统中的应用对氨的缓解起到了积极的作用。
