The sera were tested for SRMV, BVDV, BHV-1, and BEFV with serum neutralization test. Results: The seropositive samples for SRMV, BVDV, and BHV-1 were 1(0.67%), 7(4.67%), and 11(7.33%), respectively. There was no seroconversion against BEFV in the serum samples. 摘要

背景:小型反刍动物麻疹病毒(SRMV)、牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)、牛疱疹病毒-1(BHV-1)和牛短暂性发热病毒(BEFV)是农场动物中最重要的病毒。目的:本研究旨在对伊朗西南部胡齐斯坦省骆驼群进行SRMV、BVDV、BHV-1和BEFV的血清学检测。方法:从伊朗胡齐斯坦省8个不同地区的自由放养、看似健康的不同性别、不同年龄的骆驼身上随机采集150头骆驼血样。血清中和试验检测SRMV、BVDV、BHV-1和BEFV。结果:SRMV、BVDV和BHV-1的血清阳性样本分别为1例(0.67%)、7例(4.67%)和11例(7.33%)。在血清样品中没有针对BEFV的血清转化。结论:胡齐斯坦省骆驼群体亚临床感染SRMV、BVDV和BHV-1,可能在该地区这些病毒性疾病的流行病学中发挥重要作用,这对控制和根除计划非常重要。
