The aim was to analyze and compare the decision-making process under risk and under uncertainty and the level of awareness regarding which are the advantageous and disadvantageous options in children and adolescents with and without Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). A comparative descriptive study was proposed with a retrospective ex post facto design with two groups, one of quasi control. The clinical sample consisted of 35 children and adolescents with a diagnosis of ADHD and the control sample by 35 children and adolescents without a diagnosis divided both samples into two age groups.
