The content of the state policy of Ukraine in the sphere of environmentally friendly use of land of road transport and road facilities has been formed. The features of land management in the performance of land management works on the use of land of road transport and road facilities are allocated. The main types of land management works on the placement, construction and operation of roads, which is a complex land management and legal procedure, are considered.
